Perfect until the end. Very professional and friendly staff, thank you A little damage on the melted shallot sauce which I unfortunately did not find to my personal taste :)

We were passing through on our way back from the holidays. The staff was very pleasant, the dishes served were very good and cooked as requested. We were pleasantly surprised by the entrecôte on the children's menu. We will come back on our next trip.

Very warm welcome from the manager and waiters. Staff attentive to detail and full of good humor. We ate very well, from starter to dessert. We will come back with pleasure!

We had been avoiding the Boucherie Saumur restaurant for over a year and we recently learned that the kitchen and service team had been changed. We acted curious and returned to the restaurant. We were won over, the service is dynamic, friendly and attentive. The food is top notch, my husband ordered a piece of beef and fries, the cooking is good and the fries excellent; as for my salad, super good, well seasoned... We stayed for 1h30, not because the service was long but because we took the time to eat 😊 We will return with pleasure.

Sans réservation, après 20h, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis . Le service a été souriant, attentionné. La pièce de bœuf était excellente ainsi que le tartare coupé au couteau. Ambiance décontractée très agréable pour finir une journée ! Nous reviendrons volontiers ! Petite remarque sur le comportement de certains "clients" : les gens critiquent facilement, ont un comportement parfois inapproprié voire incorrect... j'aimerais bien les voir à l’œuvre : pas sûr qu'ils soient bien efficaces ! la critique est facile mais l'art est difficile !!! Merci à votre équipe ! A bientôt !!!

27/11/2025: Excellent food. Very friendly service. Very pleasant setting. There were about twenty of us.
20/11/2025: I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I finally did, and I should have come sooner! It's a great place; the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Water is served either by the carafe or as filtered sparkling or still water. They don't sell bottled water of any particular brand. The service is quite fast. The pig's trotter crépinette is delicious. It was my first time trying it. The trio of crème brûlées is fantastic. It's perfect for Juno.
