I came to Brioche Doré Part Dieu this morning just for a coffee. The brunette waitress with bangs was so kind and friendly that I couldn't resist the cookie she offered me. The cookie wasn't that great, but having such a pleasant and smiling woman there made all the difference. I'll definitely come back just to see her.

A very pleasant setting, I highly recommend Brioche Dorée. The team is helpful, the service is very pleasant, the sales assistants are very friendly and welcoming, and also very professional. A real pleasure to come here. Come and discover some excellent products. I am pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff. 👌

Good for a quick stop, reasonable prices compared to restaurants in similar locations (shopping malls, train stations, airports, etc.). The service, however, could be improved, perhaps with more smiles. :)

27/06/2026: It's 12:45 AM, the establishment is packed (which is normal for this area), and there are only two people working! It's absolutely unacceptable for a business of this size to leave its staff so understaffed in the face of such a high volume of customers. The result: an interminable wait and disastrous management. You need to review your night shift organization; this is a blatant lack of respect for the customers (and for the employees who have to deal with the rush).
