Bus stops too close together. Dirty restrooms and damaged equipment.

The staff at this McDonald's are super friendly and helpful, and especially the two girls working today are amazing!

I was exploring Lyon and stopped at this charming McDonald's in the Cordeliers district of the city center. A very warm welcome with smiling staff and pleasant background music. The service was quick and efficient, no complaints. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

The service was too slow, but that's the case in all McDonald's in Lyon...

The menu was good, but the bathroom and the place were unhygienic.

Thank you to Sarah and Valentina for their kindness when I had to change the wrong product in my order! :) However, no thanks to their manager who refused to admit his mistake. I had to show him the product on the app to demonstrate his error and get him to agree to change it.

The staff were welcoming and friendly despite their small team (2 employees). Everything was hot and the order was exactly as ordered. Thank you again.

La Brioche Doree

23/09/2026: You can't even have a drink in peace; there are always people coming up asking for change. It's very unpleasant, and nobody tells them to leave.
03/07/2026: At Brioche Dorée, you will find reasonable prices, and their products are also delicious.

McDonald's

16/09/2026: Best McDonald's in Lyon!! The terrace is very pleasant, the interior is nice and the whole team is very friendly :)
08/09/2026: The restaurant is pleasant and the service is decent despite the chain's usual shortcomings. The staff is quite friendly. The air conditioning works well. However, the dining room isn't properly cleaned and the interior is a bit dated. Overall, the place is poorly maintained.
