La Bulle sur Sevrier

17/07/2026: This was our first time here, and while we initially thought it was great, as the evening progressed, we could see through the windows that the atmosphere around the owner was tense... but oh well, these things happen... After a very pleasant meal, we asked a lovely waitress about the must-see attractions in the area. She took five minutes to answer us with genuine passion for her region and offered to write down the key places for us (so we wouldn't forget). I thought her thoughtfulness was wonderful, and then I turned around and saw her getting a dressing-down from her boss, who spent her time vaping and drinking from a bottle behind the bar and wasn't exactly professional... except for saying thank you when we paid the bill. As for all the servers, I'm really disappointed to see that there are still owners like that... good luck to you (I have 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, so I know).

14/07/2026: The setting is beautiful and well-maintained, but the overall experience fell short of our expectations. The service was rushed and the welcome rather cold, with no real attention paid to the customers. As for the food, it was adequate, but nothing special, and certainly not up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
