Restaurant B. Collon - Auberge de Letraz sur Sevrier

This hotel is advertised as five-star, but unfortunately falls far short of that standard. Several essential elements were missing: a non-functional hairdryer in the room, some unusable electrical outlets, and no bathrobe for a child… These details, taken together, are clearly lacking for an establishment of this category. The rooms also lack amenities expected in a five-star hotel, such as laundry bags or even a simple shoehorn. As for service, the staff didn't always seem to be aware of the different packages and services offered, which detracted from the overall experience. This is all the more disappointing given the magnificent setting. Considering the price paid, we were unfortunately left with a real sense of disappointment.

Excellent stay at this hotel. We spent 4 days and 3 nights in the very spacious "Andrea" room. It has the advantage of being located in a much quieter area than the center of Annecy, but still easily accessible on foot or by bike. The staff was also fantastic. We also tried the spa, which is available by time slot, with a heated pool at 28°C (a couple of degrees warmer wouldn't have gone amiss). In the end, even the children loved it and left a lovely little note.

The best. Look no further. It doesn't exist in Annecy.

Suite Andrea with a splendid view of the lake, attentive staff. Well-appointed room, everything was ready for our arrival with children. Perfect location for walks along the lake. A well-designed spa on the lower floor with a gym and very kind and helpful staff. The heated pool could have been a little warmer than 28°C for the children. Overall, a very pleasant weekend with a view of the lake and mountains. ❤️👌🏽

A magnificent spot on the lake. This hotel is highly rated. The view of the lake is sublime.

My partner surprised me with a weekend getaway at the Black Bass, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is magnificent, ideally located with direct access to the lakeside promenade. Everything is beautifully designed and meticulously crafted: the decor is sophisticated and truly delightful. The room was very comfortable with perfect bedding for a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep! The staff, from reception to the housekeeping, are exceptionally kind and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We also thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the hotel restaurant, which was truly delightful. I also treated myself to a 50-minute couples massage, from which I emerged completely relaxed. The only slight drawback was the spa pool, which we found a bit chilly, preventing us from enjoying it as long as we would have liked. As I couldn't use the hammam or sauna due to health reasons, I didn't fully enjoy that area. Despite this, we had a very nice time (despite a rainy weekend) in this hotel which I gladly recommend.

Wonderful and spacious room with a terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. Access from the garden to the lakeside promenade. Perfect dinner with a lake view. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection and, again, a lake view! Very warm welcome from the entire team at reception and in the dining room. Excellent massage. Spa with a 27°C pool (the only downside), sauna, and hammam. We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

Excellent spa and massage. The restaurant is very good and offers good value for money with its market menu. The service is very professional. The location is superb with a magical view of the lake and mountains.
