We hired Candice for our grand opening. It was absolutely delicious. We received nothing but excellent feedback from our guests. What we particularly appreciated was that Candice's cuisine was a refreshing change from the usual canapés. It was a real treat for the taste buds. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to use her again!

I stumbled upon La Canca while leaving Decathlon. Intrigued by the lively atmosphere of this little food truck, I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed at all. The welcome was warm and personal, the service quick, the food delicious, and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend doing as I did and giving it a go. I might even go to Decathlon more often now.

An exceptional cook and a wonderful person to boot. Go without hesitation; it's an absolute culinary explosion. I've become even more of a foodie now; she amazes me with every single dish and dessert.
