We used La Canca Food Truck for a company seminar. Not only were the initial discussions quick, smooth, and friendly, but the lunch was delicious. Everyone was delighted. They were also very accommodating to our last-minute requests. Thank you again for everything!

It was for our wedding. Candice handled the appetizers and main course, and everything was excellent.
She managed perfectly in 38°C heat and a "mini" storm.
And what she prepared was delicious. All my guests were delighted with the meal and thought the food truck idea was truly original.
So, thank you again, we had a wonderful time.
