Absolutely fantastic! Nothing to complain about! The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. ☺️☺️ The food was impeccable from start to finish! The wine prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment, which is very well located in the heart of the pedestrian streets!

We shared a family meal at La Caravelle. I was a little apprehensive given the negative reviews, but they were directed at the previous owner. Now, Christel has taken over this iconic Evian establishment, and her passion shines through, with delicious food on the plates, and in generous portions. As for the atmosphere, it's welcoming and cheerful. In short, a must-visit in Evian.

The place was clean, pleasant, and welcoming. The waitresses were extremely friendly and professional. The daily menu was excellent in quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant where everything is prepared on-site! We had a very enjoyable meal.

07/12/2025: We came to this hotel for the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The reception staff were excellent: very professional, with clear explanations of how the different services worked. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite with a lake view. The room was perfect: very clean, elegant, and comfortable. At the spa/sauna, we were also greeted by a very kind, warm, and professional person who gave us all the necessary information. The next day, at breakfast, we received an exceptional welcome from Walid, who demonstrated great professionalism, remarkable kindness, and a very warm smile. A big thank you to him and to the entire Hilton team. A longer spa/sauna time slot for children would be a real plus. See you soon.

15/11/2025: It was pretty good, except for the praline floating island which was too sweet; it's a shame because it's quite an original dessert. The staff were very welcoming, which I really appreciated.
