I love this restaurant!
The food is delicious, but above all, the welcome is warm, especially from Joseph—a very good mark for his cheerfulness and helpfulness! A unique restaurant in a superb setting! I highly recommend it!

Excellent. Great selection of whisky and rum, and thanks to the owner's recommendations, you can't go wrong.
Incidentally, the owner responded very well to the numerous jokes from one of my colleagues (who didn't hold back).
The food is good.
I had a great time.
I'll definitely go back.

A wonderful culinary discovery! The dishes were delicious and generous, and the service was superb.
The owners were incredibly kind, and the waitresses were very professional.

Fantastic restaurant! Don't hesitate to go; its charm, its cuisine, and its staff are truly exceptional. We were delighted with our experience.
There were 16 of us, and not a single lapse in service. Orianne managed our table perfectly and with great kindness. Bravo for the quality of service!

Had a happy team dinner here. Staff are very helpful and friendly even some of them do not speak English, they try to understand and help. It's a nice cave restaurant, atmosphere is quite good.

Rediscovering this establishment. The bar, dining room, and kitchen staff are warm and very attentive to their customers' wishes. Always a wonderful time spent at La Cave d'Hyppolite. Delicious dishes that allow us to discover or rediscover flavors. A big thank you to all the staff for your welcome and your smiles.
