We had a wonderful time at La Cave d'Hippolyte. The beer selection remains impressive, and the quality of the products is consistently excellent. The Welches, like the other dishes, were delicious. We're on vacation, this restaurant was recommended to us, and we weren't disappointed. The setting is very pleasant, the beer selection is enormous, and the food is delicious. The service was quick. A special mention goes to the waitress who is impressive; she's always on the go and provides perfect service, always with a smile.
