We had a wonderful time at La Cave d'Hippolyte. The beer selection remains impressive, and the quality of the products is consistently excellent. The Welches, like the other dishes, were delicious. The service was superb: a warm welcome and thanks for the humorous banter. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening!

An unusual place located in a cellar, as its name suggests. They serve good, well-prepared food and there's no cell phone signal, so no constant ringing.

We're on vacation, this restaurant was recommended to us, and we weren't disappointed. The setting is very pleasant, the beer selection is enormous, and the food is delicious. The service was quick. A special mention goes to the waitress who is impressive; she's always on the go and provides perfect service, always with a smile.
