What a treasure hiding in the back streets . We sat at a table with an amazing view of the old fortress and enjoyed superb local wines and excellent meats and handcrafted cheeses accompanied by a generous bread basket . Florian the owner is so friendly and knowledgeable about the local produce and also passionate about Chinon . Do not miss this experience Just wonderful . Thank you Florian

One of my favourite places in Chinon. Great wine served with a smile by the knowledgeable owner. Perfect setting in the nicest street in this lovely town and with a great view of the Chateau. Cheese and charcuterie platters are the perfect accompaniment. A very special place.

We had a great time at Cave Voltaire. It's the perfect place to relax, have a drink, and enjoy some delicious products!
