You could tell from everything that they love food (and know a lot about it) and take great pleasure in interacting with their guests. Tonight we ate at La cuisine du 19 with a group of nine from our student association. We were served by the very funny and welcoming owner. The wine pairing was very nice and fitting and he told a story with every wine! The food cooked by his wife was also very nice and all with local inseason ingredients. Overall the experience was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone visiting Givet. Some guests even come back especially for this restaurant and I completely understand why!
