A truly excellent experience. Lunch with the five-course surprise menu. From the exquisitely refined foie gras and the perfectly smooth velouté du Barry to the perfectly cooked pigeon dishes... a delight! Not to mention the cheese selection and the attentive service. I highly recommend it.

The welcome was a bit cold, perhaps because we arrived early?
But then the waiter changed and we had no complaints; he was attentive to our preferences and offered plenty of explanations. As for the food, it was excellent, a delightful culinary experience! It was very good and refined. We will be back.

Booked for Valentine's Day, we had a remarkable experience, both elegant and surprising.
The atmosphere was perfectly controlled. The opera trio, performing three sets, brought a rare dimension to the evening, combining power, finesse, and emotion. The setting, a bright, vaulted cellar, reinforced this impression of intimacy and character.
In the kitchen, each dish demonstrated true mastery: perfect combinations, bold and balanced flavors, and precise, thoughtful execution. Despite an unforeseen technical issue that led to the last-minute replacement of one of the desserts with a macaron, the team demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness.
We left genuinely impressed by this evening. A truly unique and accomplished experience, unlike anything we had ever encountered before.

A truly delightful interlude for Valentine's Day ♡
The setting is refined and particularly pleasant.
The evening's atmosphere was enhanced by a trio of artists—soprano, tenor, and pianist—whose high-quality performance added an extra touch of elegance and emotion.
As for the cuisine, the experience was truly exceptional: expertly prepared dishes, bold and harmonious flavors, sophisticated combinations, and a genuine dedication evident in every plate. A polished and refined offering that deserves high praise.
The service, generally attentive, could perhaps be smoother in certain details (offering coffee at the end of the meal, accompanying the wine service), but this did not detract from the enjoyment of the evening.
In short, a refined experience and a highly recommended address.

The setting is magnificent and enchanting! The service was excellent, and the wine was delicious—a very fine selection was offered. However, two major drawbacks unfortunately spoiled this experience.
We chose the tasting menu, €75 per person, for six courses, including an aperitif and a bottle of wine. An evening costing over €200.
First drawback: we were told it was a six-course menu, and it started perfectly well with the first course of lobster bisque and chestnut gnocchi (a delight!). However, before receiving our second course, we had to wait almost an hour! And imagine our surprise when we saw: onion soup. Not a modern take on onion soup, no, just a simple onion soup—not bad, certainly, but without any particular flavor—served with a slice of bread toasted with Parmesan and topped with Tête de Moine cheese. For a tasting menu, this is a big no-no! And we weren't the only ones surprised and disappointed… Regarding the next two courses, they were good, but the fish was quite simple, while the meat was very flavorful, but unfortunately, by 10:40 PM, we were no longer hungry. Not to mention the desserts, which arrived after 11:00 PM.
The first dessert also fell short of the standard expected of a gourmet menu. A trolley was brought to you with a choice of two items (from passion fruit macarons, fruit jellies, and spritz cookies).
The second dessert was a trompe-l'œil pebble, not bad, but by 11:30 PM, we were no longer hungry.
As you can see, the second major drawback was the wait… at first, it wasn't noticeable: aperitif, amuse-bouche, then a second amuse-bouche, wine, and the first starter, then the rest of the meal dragged on… and not just for our table, but for everyone in the dining room. We arrived at 7:30 PM and at 11:30 PM the last dessert was served… moreover, the dishes didn't live up to such high expectations.
I think it's a good restaurant; perhaps we just happened to be there on an off night… we'll give them the benefit of the doubt; it can happen to anyone. But unfortunately, we won't be returning. We were told that the kitchens were shared with the adjoining bistro and that they had a lot of customers that evening… I don't think that's an excuse when we paid €200 for two, hoping to be blown away by a surprise chef's menu.
We've had the opportunity to try better restaurants for less money.
We were charmed by the first course, but the rest didn't live up to expectations… and the wait didn't help… and for a six-course tasting menu, the two courses (soup and a selection of sweet petits fours) were a letdown.
This table was recommended to me but unfortunately I would not recommend it.

We tried Bistrot de la Dame tonight with two friends: a fantastic discovery!
Everything was perfect: an intimate and charming setting, and a very well-thought-out evening menu with its selection of starters, main courses, cheeses, and/or desserts, allowing us to discover a wonderful variety of flavors, all of a very high standard.
Special mention for the welcome: a warm and attentive waiter who took the time to explain the concept and the dishes to us.
All this at an excellent price. Simply perfect, thank you to the whole team!
