La datcha sur Val-D'Isere

A truly excellent restaurant with a very warm welcome (thank you Juliana) and high-quality cuisine from Chef Olivier (and his famous dessert). Many thanks also to the entire friendly team.

Great bar, perfectly situated in the sun for a few hours at lunchtime. We always enjoy a good Paix Dieu there, a real treat!

Couple/lunch at the start of the season. 5 stars for the snack bar. A place with several options: 1/ Indoor restaurant and terrace/ Soup bar €15, pasta bar €25. 2/ Snack bar on the terrace with the option of sheltering in small chalets. 3/ Creperie on the terrace, same as the snack bar. We tried the snack bar with several set menus at €19 as introductory prices (burgers, nuggets, etc.): friendly service when ordering, given a pager, quick call, generous and well-presented portions. Conclusion: we found the restaurant too expensive for its simple offerings but were pleasantly surprised by the value for money and service at the snack bar, hence 5 stars. Worth checking during peak season.

Best restaurant in Val d'Isère, very friendly welcome, great atmosphere, magnificent and very convenient location. The dishes are high quality and affordable. Thank you to the whole team!!
