A beautiful and good experience, very good cuisine, we had the duck breast and also the honey aiguillettes, a delight.
What can we say about the cassoulet, a hearty dish with a duck leg, a Toulouse sausage as well as a nice piece of pork with rind, the beans cooked to perfection all in a succulent juice.
The escalope rolled with cheese accompanied by paw was also excellent.
We will soon return to this restaurant which is 'The Divine Comedy' for other dishes which I am sure will be just as good.
The waitress is great and very helpful, what more could you ask for... Nothing. 😀 😀

The young blonde who served us made an effort to speak our language and gave us suggestions regarding the food we ordered. She was very friendly and the suggestions were very accurate, especially regarding the hazelnut praline ice cream with the addition of syrup. chocolate, I loved it
The pizzas are very good and the avocado and burrata salad is also very good.
And a very proper older gentleman, occasionally helping the waitresses who were overworked, nice touch on his part.
Pizza prices vary approximately between €14-€20.

Acabo de almorzar aquí un viernes ocupado en septiembre. Las ensaladas ponen las ensaladas servidas en el Reino Unido en vergüenza. Absolutamente delicioso. Todo el personal era servicial y amable, aunque se apresuró a salir de sus pies.
La camarera era especialmente servicial y educado y paciente con mi francés oxidado. Es la tercera vez que comemos aquí cuando estamos de vacaciones en Carcasona y sin duda recomendaría y volvería.
