I had many doubts, but in the end I ate there and it was very good. I went back for dinner and it was really good. The waitress was very friendly.

We ate like we did at our grandmother's, enjoying delicious dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. We received a very warm welcome in a friendly atmosphere reminiscent of the South of France!
A very pleasant experience; I highly recommend it.

I had the salad with duck and foiegras, the salad is nothing special but the foie gras was very good. The prices are a bit high for what they offer in my opinion. 18 Eur for the salad which is mostly iceberg lettuce. The service and the setting was nice. Perhaps other items on the menu are better value for money.

A very small but charming place with exquisite food. I recommend the snails, the casoule, the foie gras terrine, and the caramelized duck leg. There's a children's menu and three different menus for adults, depending on your budget.

A fairly traditional restaurant located on a small street at the foot of the Carcassonne citadel, where the sheer number of restaurants makes choosing a place rather difficult.
Le Trivallou offers a set menu for €36, which is attractive considering the à la carte prices.
The starters on the menu are classic, with the exception of the pan-fried oyster mushrooms. Among the main courses, the traditional cassoulet is well-prepared and the portion size is just right for dinner, though perhaps a bit small for lunch. The chocolate dessert is excellent.
It's a shame that this restaurant only offers basic wines by the glass in boxed wine, when a better wine would have been a perfect complement to the delicious cassoulet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The ingredients were impeccably fresh, and the dishes were flavorful and beautifully prepared. The value for money is simply perfect for such high-quality food.
A huge thank you to the two servers, who were absolutely lovely, attentive, and always smiling throughout the entire meal.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best meal during our summer France vacation so far. Amazing neighborhood feel, the cassoulet and the snails were amazing, definitely a pride in the food and the service. Great quiet street ambience. The local wine was shockingly good.
