May 8, 2026. Excellent welcome, excellent service, excellent atmosphere. Some restaurants in Fayence could learn a thing or two from this one. Excellent in quality, quantity, and price. I recently ate at a restaurant in Fayence that I won't name out of respect, because it really wasn't worth it. The best advertising is word of mouth. La Farandole is top-notch. Mr. Montero. Thai salad with 4 shrimp. The salad was three days old…burnt, the cherry tomatoes were very acidic, there were lots of fried onions, and no dressing. Deplorable. The service, however, was fine. The owner apologized, offering to buy a coffee!

A great little restaurant, so good that you need to book to be sure of getting a table, but the owners are very friendly and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant, in addition to the excellent food.

Superb welcome, impeccable cuisine, very welcoming staff

This restaurant is a little gem with a view of the village of Fayence. The pergola is very pleasant, sheltered yet enclosed by glass. The dishes are generous and excellent. And the staff is very professional and attentive. I highly recommend it.
