Went for dinner at Moulin de la Camandoule and it was one of the best meals of the trip! The pricing was very reasonable, we did the 50€ 3 course dinner and it did not disappoint. The best dish by far was the braised beef, it just melts in your mouth. The duck was also quite good. You get a beautiful view of Fayence since this is at the bottom of the town and if you’re travelling in the summer, 7pm - 8pm is a great time for your reservation because you’ll get to see the sunset on the town of Fayence which is very nice.

We had the most wonderful experience at the Moulin de la Camandoule. The setting is absolutely magical; one of those rare places where the food, the setting and the entire team come together perfectly. Every dish full of authentic flavours and the team very attentive, professional, warm and genuinely passionate about their job. A true gem in the Pays de Fayence that we will gladly return to. We wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you, Dominique and your entire team!

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the recently reopened restaurant (under new management) and I had a wonderful time. The three-course lunch menu plus amuse-bouche for 35 euros was excellent, very good value for money. The welcome was perfect and the setting absolutely magnificent. Kudos to the new management, the new chef who comes from Mayotte, and the very friendly waiter. I missed the Camandoule of 10-20 years ago. It's back and I'll be returning soon, this time for dinner.

We had dinner at this charming restaurant. Its outdoor terrace evokes the atmosphere of Tuscany. A wonderful discovery that we will gladly return to.

We went to this restaurant for my birthday and everything was perfect. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the food is excellent. Thank you to Alex, our server, who was pleasant, funny, and above all, professional. I highly recommend the restaurant if you want to have a great time.

What better place to recharge than an authentic spot filled with charm and tranquility? The setting is superb, the food is beautiful and delicious, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful time! Can't wait to come back and try the pool area 🤍

19/08/2026: We visited twice during our stay in St Paul en forêt. Amazing personell in a lovely scenic environment! Plates are prepared to perfection and taste extraordinary. Please do visit this restaurant when you are in the neighborhood. Even if you are not in the neighborhood, it's definitely worth to drive some extra miles! Merci beaucoup le France restaurant!
30/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice in one week. Both times the food was delicious and expertly prepared, accompanied by excellent, attentive service. We'd gladly return. Reservations recommended.
