We had dinner at the Ferme de Cupelin restaurant.
It was our first time there since the new owners took over.
We were surprised to find a set menu of either 6 or 8 courses.
We chose the 6-course option.
The food was of good quality and well-presented, but we were a little disappointed with the accompanying jus and sauces, as they lacked flavor.
The service was very professional, but we preferred the kindness and friendliness of the previous owners.
The staff was a bit rushed.
We had a pleasant time overall. In previous years, we were regular customers, but with the new management, we might not return.

Absolute gem. The views from the rooms are gorgeous. It was so worth it. The breakfast is very nice, fresh and personalized, but just FYI 27 euro per person. Visiting this hotel was the highlight of the trip for us - so relaxing, quietly recharge and the service was top.

Inventive menu.
The dining room (especially the veranda) is extremely noisy and unwelcoming due to its bland decor.

We spent two nights in the hotel chalet, separate from the main building. It was very quiet, very clean, and close to the pool.
We had dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant, which we highly recommend!
The ingredients used were seasonal and of high quality.
