Absolutely perfect restaurant. The staff is excellent, with a warm welcome and friendly service, and in the kitchen, a talented chef who delights from start to finish. Special mention goes to the "boîte chaude" (hot box) and its berry and dried fruit mix that perfectly complements the excellent ingredients. Bravo to the whole team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent
All the dishes are excellent: the foie gras and shredded duck burger, the melted cheese hot box, the croziflette, the trout iflette... Even my son, who isn't usually a salad fan, thought it was excellent too.
The desserts are just as delicious. The homemade panna cotta and the crème brûlée are a real treat.
The welcome is very pleasant, the dining room is tastefully decorated, and the background music is perfect.
We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

We went twice, just to see if it was a fluke. Spoiler alert: no, it was truly delicious both times. The service was attentive and very pleasant. The local cuisine was expertly prepared. The owner has created a must-try spot in Cauterets.
I'm not a photographer, I did my best.

Arriving exhausted after a long hike, the waitress found us a table. We enjoyed the warm boxes of melted cheese, topped with dried fruit, and the salad and potatoes. I loved the vanilla panna cotta—so creamy, just perfect. In short, it was a perfect dinner! Thank you for your hospitality!
