Three hours at the table for a dinner with a six-course menu (with a choice of three menus): far too long. Despite some very interesting and original dishes, the experience wasn't worth the time spent. Disappointed. The dining room is dated with carpeting.

Probably one of the best dinners of my life. Everything was perfect: the setting, the service, the food. The chef offers cuisine rooted in French tradition but brimming with inventiveness. Seven courses, each as delicious as the last. Special mention goes to the first dessert, which absolutely delighted us.

Exceptional experience. The second time in three months. One of our best meals since we've had the chance to frequent establishments of this quality. I won't paraphrase the other comments about the food, service, and setting; we all agree. A special mention goes to the wine pairing we were offered... The best, without a doubt, in thirty years. Were we lucky!?!? Certainly, but we deserve it. 🤪🤪🙏🙏 Thank you all for this unforgettable moment, and a special mention to Aurélien and Alex, true added value. …. A general message for establishments of this caliber: food and wine pairing is very often a high-profit sector. We understand, but it's a shame!

A very pretty restaurant in an idyllic setting. Chef Nicolas Masse creates subtle and harmonious cuisine with the vine as the setting. It is excellent. Each plate is meticulously prepared. From the beginning to the end of the meal, everything is perfect. A big thank you for this moment.

30/12/2025: The setting is remarkable and we enjoyed our lunch. Two points of disappointment: it was far too cold in the dining room and the price of the estate's wines was very disappointing (a white wine costing €40 in the shop was billed at €115 in the restaurant).
29/12/2025: I think this is truly the best, or one of the top three restaurants in Bordeaux. Everything is perfect, from the welcome and service to the delicious, expertly prepared dishes. There's really nothing to criticize. Bravo to the whole team! Thank you, keep up the good work! We come back from time to time and we love it!

The dishes are expertly prepared, bursting with taste, and refreshingly simple. The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere convivial; you immediately feel at ease. An authentic and genuine restaurant, just the way we like them, where you'll want to return. I highly recommend it!
