Magnifique repas,cuisine créative,mise en oeuvre parfaite,et une jolie carte des vins.Nous connaissons très bien les restaurants étoilés de Côte d'Or et de Saône et Loire,un conseil,courez à La Maison des Cariatides!Quelques petits détails à rectifier sur le service,mais un grand bravo à toute l'équipe!

Ristorante nel centro di Dijion, cucina a vista, pochi tavoli ben distribuiti in modo da creare l’atmosfera conviviale giusta. Abbiamo optato per menù a 5 portate e direi che con gli amuse bouche iniziali e i vari intermezzi si esce più che soddisfatti. La cucina è di terroir attenta alla stagionalità delle materie prime e creativa senza eccessi
Il vino che abbiamo scelto (Borgogna 2018 grand cru ) era ottimo. Una bella esperienza!

Very good gourmet restaurant with good value for money, I went there for lunch and was able to taste the daily menu which was very well done
The cuisine is just perfect, the wait staff is also perfect, very good advice for the wine accompanying the menu 👍
The decor and atmosphere are also up to par

Came as part of a group on Sunday November 3, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. All the dishes were of rare quality, the service was top notch. We were able to eat vegetarian and I was delighted to be able to taste a variation of the menu according to my dietary preferences.
