The chefs truly took us on a culinary journey… all while staying in Dijon.
You can feel their genuine commitment to working with local producers and high-quality ingredients, and it's immediately apparent on the plate: refined, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor. Two passionate young chefs, sincere and generous cuisine, and a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our meal at this establishment. However, the overall experience didn't entirely convince us. We were disappointed by the limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks, the high price of the holiday menu, and the rather bland truffles.

My family and I had excellent lunch, exquisite food. Definitely worth it to try. Only disappointed from the way the service probably because we can’t speak or understand French language ☺️

We had our end-of-year team meal at Les Cariatides, and what a wonderful discovery it was! It was our first time there, but certainly not our last, as we will be back.
The welcome was warm and friendly; the service efficient and attentive.
The cuisine is simply breathtaking, with incredible flavors. We were surprised and delighted with every course.
It's one of the best restaurants in Dijon right now; certainly the best.
