Fabuleux ! Le meilleur dîner dont ma mémoire se souvienne ! Au delà de ce que mon imagination pouvait espérer de mieux ! C'est compliqué d'avoir une table, mais ça en vaut l'effort ! Le "Passard de la mer" Bravo !

That the fish and shellfish were cooked to perfection was not a surprise: I expected it because of the 3 stars and I was not disappointed. But I never imagined that a pepper, a tomato or a chard could be so good. The service was up to par: never a wait that was too long, efficient and not stuffy as you can sometimes see in less good restaurants.

Top quality food, with top ingredients. However for my taste too much focus on the pure products. I personally prefer a more complex cuisine. But if you like an cuisine with a focus on an ingredient, you can't go wrong with La Marine.

22/09/2024: We were welcomed by a charming and smiling person. The cooking of fish (Bar, Turbo) and vegetables was perfect. As for the orange soufflé, a delight. Thanks to the cook and the person who served us for this pleasant moment. I highly recommend
22/09/2024: Specific opening to accommodate a group of 20 people. Excellent cuisine with a double choice of starter, main course and dessert from the menu. The whole group enjoyed it. Well done and thank you. See you at Herbaudiere next time.

Le Grand Four

22/11/2024: C’est toujours avec un grand plaisir d’être accueilli par Nathalie et le chef Henrick qui nous a préparé ses ravioles de Homard 🦞 fondue de poireaux suivi d’un Sauté de Homard 🦞 légumes de leur jardinier pour finir sur son incontournable Baba au Rhum
27/09/2024: un moment exquis dans cette belle maison ,accueil bienveillant, service efficace et sans faute, le menu équilibré, les saveurs recherchées, en un mot tout a été parfait. un seul regret, de ne pas avoir été diner au Grand Four plutôt.
