A TASTE JOURNEY BETWEEN MONTBRISON AND BELGIUM!! What a wonderful discovery! If you're looking for exceptionally high-quality mussels, look no further: LA MOULE EN FOLIE is "The Place To Be". Everything was absolutely perfect: On the plate: The mussels were succulent, plump, and perfectly prepared. And what can I say about the fries... authentic Belgian-style fries, cooked in beef fat. Absolutely divine! You can taste the passion for the product. The atmosphere: A fantastic welcome that immediately puts a smile on your face. A huge congratulations to the owners: Monsieur works wonders in the kitchen (a true chef!), while Madame provides impeccable service with boundless energy. Special mention also goes to the waitress who was lovely and attentive throughout the meal. You feel good, you eat (very) well, and you leave with only one desire: to come back! Delicious, friendly, and affordable. A restaurant that transports you to Belgium. Homemade fries cooked in beef fat. Absolutely amazing.

A very good meal for three, with generous portions of cream puffs and quick service. The only minor drawback, which stems from the layout, is that the tables are too close together.

I highly recommend this place; the welcome was very warm and the meal excellent. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

A warm welcome...mussels in lobster sauce were a real treat...and the homemade fries were amazing...it was our first time trying Belgian fries...no need to go to Belgium anymore...great variety of beers...thanks again...we had a wonderful time...have a great holiday...and see you soon...
