We are in Saumur for a few days we came across this restaurant which is very good we were welcomed with a smile the cuisine and top. Not much choice but that's what we like. You can go there with your eyes closed. And in addition to being good the price and super reasonable.

An occasional customer for several years, I appreciate the traditional but well-executed cuisine. Very pleasant welcome, the owners appreciate working with fresh products and it shows. Perhaps the bread served could be improved. Thank you and see you soon! 19€ starter main course dessert coffee

09/11/2024: Magnificent welcome - we also enjoyed the dinner on offer made with local products, very tasteful and high-level cuisine made with heart. We were able to enjoy the SPA and Nordic sauna!! Pleasant stay (I forgot the copious English/French breakfast!! Relaxing stay and the view of the Château de Saumur is also the best!! Not forgetting the exceptional decoration rarely seen, neat decoration and very clean rooms. We will come back. Vincent and Céline.

28/08/2024: Outstanding! I had heard a lot about this restaurant in Saumur and good things. And clearly I was not disappointed, they did not usurp their reputation. From the starters to the succulent pieces of Black Angus meat, everything is perfect. In addition, the service is impeccable and friendly. I'm already looking forward to the next visit!
