We received a very warm welcome, with a team eager to answer all our questions in detail (origin of the dishes, etc.). The dishes were delicious, well-balanced, and served in appropriate portions: a wonderful discovery that I highly recommend, and I will definitely be back.

We discovered this restaurant thanks to Google Maps; the reviews were good. We decided to make a reservation because it was December 31st. We were lucky enough to be passing by at 10:00 AM when someone opened the security gate. They took our reservation for four. We were glad we did because by 12:30 PM the restaurant was full. We ordered the set menu for €20, which included a starter, main course, and dessert, with two choices for each course. The menu was generous, the service was friendly, and we didn't even need to ask for bread. The children's menu was a bit pricey at €14 for a main course, dessert, and a drink. The only downside was that there was only one toilet for the entire restaurant. I recommend it!

We discovered this restaurant and it was a real pleasure to spend an evening there. The welcome and service were pleasant, the dishes were perfect, and the wait between courses was quite reasonable (I should mention that the restaurant was almost full 😉). We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant ☺️

A very good restaurant very close to the Château d'Amboise. The food is excellent and the service is adequate, with very welcoming and friendly staff. As for value for money, I recommend opting for the set menus, as otherwise it can be quite expensive, especially the desserts. But it's definitely worth it for the quality. Be sure to book ahead as it's very popular, which I understand!

1 - Don't come alone, or you risk being relegated to a tiny table in a back corridor that shouldn't accommodate anyone; 2 - Be patient, as the servers seem more engrossed in their own conversations; 3 - Order a beef fillet, which is perfectly acceptable, but not the butcher's cut unless it's for a small child; 4 - Ask for your cocktail to be served in the appropriate glass, or you risk it arriving in a whiskey and coke glass like in a nightclub; 5 - Remain impassive when the waitress comes to check your plate for the third time because it's not emptying as quickly as she'd like; 6 - The same applies if the water you ordered doesn't arrive; 7 - Keep a positive attitude and maintain perspective, as this is just one restaurant among many, especially in a tourist resort; 8 - Be careful on the road! 😊
