I really enjoyed this crêperie concept, with its sophisticated decor and the many galettes and crêpes on the menu. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
And above all, the galettes and crêpes were delicious. I highly recommend it.

What a lovely surprise! On the recommendation of our Novotel hotel, we stopped at this beautiful establishment and its winner of the 2025 Best Crêpe Maker award in France. The revisited "complète" (complete crêpe) was a true delight for the taste buds, and the Camaret crêpe was absolutely superb. The place is welcoming, and we didn't have to book or wait for a table on a Wednesday lunchtime. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to Rennes.

Quite disappointed with our first experience at Sarrasin: the galettes, while undeniably beautiful, lacked seasoning and crispness. A shame considering the price of the galettes we chose (18 and 22 euros, if I remember correctly). The dining room was noisy (though that's not entirely Sarrasin's fault; people seem to have forgotten how to be discreet in restaurants), which led us to forgo dessert. It's a pity, because the dining room itself is lovely, and we had a very positive impression of the restaurant.
