⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent experience! A very good restaurant, with quality cuisine and top-notch service. Special mention to Clément, the manager, for his kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness to customers. A truly lovely person who makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

04/08/2026: In the center of Ambosie, the food was very well prepared. We had dinner on the back terrace. It's a sort of patio with a somewhat bohemian atmosphere.

19/07/2026: A must-visit restaurant in Amboise, located at the foot of the St. Hubert chapel. A superb welcome and excellent cuisine served promptly. Highly recommended!
16/07/2026: Obviously, it's not easy to distinguish between a tourist and a local customer, the latter being the one who can bring in some business during the winter when the tourists are away. The welcome was good, however, on this still-warm lunchtime, but the pizza was undercooked, the salad poorly dressed, the staff's attire very mismatched, and the waiters wandering around the dining room snacking. And to top it all off, the waiter became less than friendly after we told him the pizza wasn't cooked. It's a shame, because the setting is quite pleasant, but avoid sitting near the kitchen; it's very noisy.
