A must-try restaurant in Carcassonne! Unbeatable value for money, with an affordable menu considering the quality of the dishes served. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, a pleasant place to relax (and eat!). The service is impeccable, the staff are friendly, and you feel right at home.

Thanks to a waitress who understood us and spoke a little Spanish, we were able to find out what the dishes were, since the menu wasn't in our language... and we're so close!

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. They served traditional Carcassonne dishes, and each dish was delicious. The food was on the bland side, and they recommended that I try the cassoulet when I visit Carcassonne, which I tried and it was delicious. The cassoulet was a bit salty, but it tasted good when eaten with bread. The staff were also very friendly, and I have a very fond memory of my first visit to Carcassonne. Thank you for the delicious food.

We had lunch with the family on a Saturday, and it's worth noting that they had a weekend menu, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is located in the center of Carcassonne and has a very pleasant and welcoming decor that blends rustic and modern elements. The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and prepared. We didn't find anything we didn't like. The service was excellent, although we had a little trouble understanding each other at first, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.
