This is where we ate our first cassoulet – and it was absolutely delicious. This traditional dish is a perfect fit for the region and was a real culinary highlight for us. Hearty, aromatic, and just what we needed after an eventful day.

Magnificent restaurant, delightful welcome, efficient service, quality products, wonderful team, smiles and kindness make this place a must-visit in Carcassonne.

Perfection is the key here. Great food, a lot of it locally sourced, welcoming service but never obtrusive, divine cooking. A little away from the usual centre but a stroll away from the castle main bridge. Need to book, always full. Exceptional.

A warm welcome, pleasant setting, and tasteful decor. A good wine list. We had a very good meal; the ingredients were fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The cassoulet was delicious. Reservations are recommended.

Arriving in a large group without a reservation, they arranged a space for us in just a few minutes. We ate like royalty. Fresh ingredients, cooked with refinement. Impeccable presentation of the dishes. As beautiful as they were delicious! A great wine selection too. All at very reasonable prices. Warm welcome for children. Thank you to this family-run restaurant for this perfect experience! We highly recommend it!!!

Had great food served by fantastic staff...

A fantastic atmosphere and service was welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed our starter and main. I had salmon followed by duck and my partner has asparagus followed by cod. If you want to avoid the crowds and still have excellent food try this restaurant.
