We came on the recommendation of friends. It was a successful evening all around. Friendly staff, a nice atmosphere and dishes that left nothing to be desired in terms of appearance and taste.

We came as a group of 5, 4 adults, a child first to enjoy a cassoulet but given the heat we chose other dishes such as sea bream, crispy quail legs or veal head. Everything was perfect. The cuisine is of course copious and refined, inventive and expressive. Excellent discovery. The lunch meal was delicious and plentiful. The two waitresses were very kind and professional. The price of the lunch menu is in line with the quality of the meal offered. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent welcome, the chef's burger is undoubtedly the best burger I have eaten in a restaurant, I tasted the chicken breast with ravioli, it's killer too. I recommend.++++. We will come back with pleasure.

We found a restaurant that changed. the interior takes you on a journey to the heart of Carcassonne. The menu is fantastic from starter to dessert, a real pleasure for the taste buds.

I made a reservation in my poorly spoken French but the proprietor was kind and patient with me. On our arrival the staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere was wine cellar decor but with a large window to the outside. The music was just the right volume to enjoy, enough to have conversations. I enjoyed the jazz music played. Our waitress was attentive and quick. I had the cod and my wife had the cousselet. Both were very good. The chocolate desert was delicious and is worth the extra calories. Thanks to the staff for and enjoyable evening.
