A wonderful discovery! We were served with a smile, the food was delicious, the goat cheese salad was very generous with fresh ingredients, and the dining room was air-conditioned… We'll be back! 🤗

A truly wonderful culinary experience. The aperitif was served with vegetable toast. The main course was as beautiful as it was delicious. The octopus, perfectly grilled and tender, was enhanced by a wonderfully fresh herb sauce. The perfectly cooked seasonal vegetables added color, crunch, and balance to the dish. The meticulous presentation demonstrated genuine expertise and attention to detail. The homemade dessert brought the meal to an elegant close. The smooth and flavorful ice cream was accompanied by a thin, crispy wafer and a physalis, adding a delicate fruity touch. A dessert that appeared simple but was executed with finesse and indulgence. Generous cuisine, quality ingredients, and refined presentation: a place well worth a visit, and one I recommend without hesitation. 🍽️✨

We had lunch on the terrace, and we almost didn't go because the exterior wasn't very inviting, but luckily we stayed and wow! A menu to impress even the pickiest eaters and excellent quality on the plate! This establishment deserves to be better known, well done! 👏👍

An excellent and rather unexpected find (my car broke down) in the commercial area on the outskirts of Digne. The food and wine were also perfect, and the recommendations were excellent. The fries were also of superb quality, cooked in beef fat, which is very rare in France!
