First time in Gaillac, we already knew the eponymous restaurant in Albi. Same welcome, same generality: the Table du Sommelier has established itself as a must-see in Tarn restaurants! Thank you for this moment and I hope to see you soon to discover the next new features.

Very good time with my nephew last night, the dishes are very well presented and very good. Friendly waiter and calm atmosphere, prices in line with the quality of the products 👍

Disappointed, the plates arrived rather lukewarm, a little bland, nothing transcendent. The staff were very pleasant and the setting a little outdated. But a reasonable bill......

What a pity! two visits in 15 days and two different services. Was there a change of chef or on Tuesday were we served leftovers from the weekend?
Unbalanced garlic cream, duck breast tataki too salty, sloppy presentations, very hot plates but lukewarm dish. The lamb parmentier fares much better.
It's also a shame that it didn't bother us that we found the duck really too salty.
The desserts were very good.
The experience with one wine per dish is very interesting, it just lacks the presentation of these and why not reduce the quantities and improve the quality.

A very pleasant restaurant!
The terrace on the square is charming, the food is both hearty and original.
It’s very good and don’t hesitate to have dessert! Unlike many restaurants in France, they are homemade and delicious...
This is the second time I've been there and although the menu changes with the seasons, the dishes are always as subtle and balanced.
For service, find the right server and you will be received friendly!

We sat outside in this quiet square. We were enticed in by the interesting menu du jour. the food was such high quality and value for money, a choice of great local wines, again reasonably priced, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A lovely find
