Beautiful rooms, the hair dryer was missing but resolved with the reception. Evening meal too complex and with little flavor, a little more simplicity perhaps? Good welcome.

Friendly hotel and restaurant. And I still treat my taste buds and always with new products. The south is full of marked antiquity which sublimates the taste buds and especially in the countryside

Hôtel d'une rare qualité. Les tarifs sont très raisonnables pour l'hôtel et le restaurant. L'hôtel est beau, confortable et bien placé, en plus d'être très abordable et de proposer un bon parking. Le restaurant est très bon et très abordable, avec un menu du soir à 25 € proposant des produits frais et extrêmement bien cuisinés, un choix de vins très agréable, et une grande salle très belle, avec beaucoup d'espaces entre les tables pour une bonne intimité. J'ai rarement vu un restaurant avec ce niveau de prestation à ce prix.Merci encore.

Très joli restaurant avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Le service est agréable, serveuse souriante. Les plats sont très bons mais manquent un peu de peps et il est dommage que le pain servi soit mou. Nous avons commandé des plats à la carte, la prochaine fois, nous testerons le menu du jour.

01/04/2024: We were there for Easter week end. The restaurant provided picnic for our cycle trip, and the dinner was excellent. There was no dishes that I could recommend more than another. Very good wine list as well.
31/03/2024: Excellent picnic baskets that we took for our bike ride around Gaillac. Stations Bees, our bike rental company located opposite, offered us this good value for money option. The Hotel Delga where we slept provided us with small coolers that we placed in our bike bags. A good combo organized by friendly and professional traders. So we had so much fun that we used the same formula for the 3 days. We also had dinner in the evening at the restaurant. Really good service and meals.
