A surprising Italian restaurant, full of delightful surprises both in its ambiance and its cuisine. The dishes are generous and of excellent quality. The price is more than justified. The service is also impeccable. I highly recommend it if you want to eat Italian food in Carcassonne!

I stumbled upon this restaurant and have absolutely no regrets... First of all, the atmosphere is spectacular... the decor is just like home... some of Voglio Béné's artwork is magnificent...
The food was a delight... the shrimp were crispy and flavorful...
The Milanese veal cutlet was mmm... I truly savored it... and the dessert was incredibly chocolatey... and the chocolate ice cream in the profiterole was a nice change...
It's best to make a reservation, but I'll definitely be back...
The service is impeccable... beautiful presentation and a magical setting... that's my opinion 😍😍😍😍

While passing through Carcassonne, we discovered a wonderful place. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch from start to finish. A very pleasant experience; I highly recommend this restaurant!

Excellent experience! The food is truly delicious, with flavorful and beautifully presented dishes.
The service is impeccable: attentive, professional, and always cheerful. In the current climate, it's rare to find such a warm atmosphere. The management's welcome is also remarkable; they are always smiling and positive, which makes all the difference.
A real pleasure to find such a place in Carcassonne. I highly recommend it!

A superb discovery. Impeccable service, excellent food, and a very pleasant staff.
And what about the decor? Surprising, but in a good way. I highly recommend this restaurant, which is truly out of the ordinary. A word of advice: make a reservation.

Not recommend for foriegns or groups.
The food is tasty
Stuff is not welcoming and not kind as we used to have during our vacation in southern France.
In addiotion to this, they are not knowledgeable about the ingredients in the dishes, they misled us in few dishes.
The restaurant was very hot (uncomfortable to stay) maybe this what affected the staff behavior.
If you are a couple then you might enjoy this place. If you are foriegns or a group then you better lower your expectations.

Superb Italian restaurant… La Truffe
The decor is stylish and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease.
The service is top-notch, and the owner is a truly wonderful, attentive, and passionate person.

I've rarely eaten in such a beautiful place! The setting is magnificent, but beyond that, the food is incredibly good! A fantastic spot where the service is truly top-notch!
The owners are so friendly, and a big thank you to Marianna for the service! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 My friends hadn't been before and are already eager to go back!
