16/02/2026: Well, what can I say? A sublime discovery of this little restaurant in the heart of Carcassonne. Very minimalist, superb welcome, top-notch team. But what can I say about our Valentine's Day meal? Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect. A meal worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants. The amuse-bouche was divine.
As for the starter, what can I say except that my taste buds exploded with flavor, the quality of the ingredients was so subtle.
As for the other courses, I would even say it was a true culinary art. Flavor, taste, presentation, combination—a splendid and divine evening. Thank you to the team of two lovely waitresses, and what a surprise to have been able to speak with the chef, a man of profound stature, humble and respectable. Never change your vision, and what a source of pride for me to have discovered your restaurant.
I highly recommend you go.
Yes, the price is a bit higher than other restaurants, but the food and the place itself are worth it.
The only slight downside was the Spanish guests who were talking very loudly.
But we made it through the night; the meal was absolutely divine and delicious.
