Had lunch at La Table Ronde and ordered the chicken steak—tasty and well-cooked. It was quite full since we came on the weekend, but still comfortable. A nice place to try if you happen to be in the area.

What a wonderful discovery! A delicious cassoulet, a delight for the taste buds. A generous portion; I took my time to finish it. The service was charming. In the heart of Carcassonne, this is definitely not a tourist trap! I hope to return someday.

Everything was excellent. We ordered soup, cassoulet, duck leg, and salad, and it was all delicious. The set menu is €21, and the portions are generous and the food is excellent. The service was superb, and the place is cozy and beautiful.

A very quiet terrace, without the hustle and bustle outside. Delicious food, especially the meat and wine. Very attentive waiters and a very pleasant setting. Price per person is around €25, but it's worth it.

Very good restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the regional dishes on offer. The staff is professional and efficient. The shaded terrace is very pleasant in the heat. I recommend it.

03/01/2026: While passing through, we spotted a somewhat hidden door that intrigued us, and the menu really appealed to us. We bought some souvenirs and asked for a restaurant recommendation, and this was it. We were convinced it was a good choice. It was bitterly cold outside, and the warm welcome alone made us feel right at home. The food was excellent: oysters, onion soup, cassoulet... with generous portions! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. Thank you to the owner for this wonderful experience. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again!

05/01/2026: Good value for money. Pleasant welcome. The only downside was the slightly cramped dining room. As regulars in the area, we'd never tried this restaurant before. We were pleasantly surprised, especially in such a touristy environment. I recommend it.
04/01/2026: A good place to eat, about average compared to the other places we ate the rest of the days. The starters (salad and soup) and desserts were decent. The cassoulet we chose for our main course was very good. The service could be improved; they seemed to be in a bad mood, but it wasn't a problem if you wanted to escape the cold and eat.
