New year spent there and truly INCREDIBLE! Both the service, the dynamic smile and kindness, and the cuisine with majestic meats! A meal worthy of the name! We decided to celebrate the New Year at the restaurant, for a first New Year in the region, the setting is really pretty, with a good welcome. The serving of the dish took a really long time, 1 hour. No one was present in the room and no waiter came up to ask them. Fortunately our neighbors went to ask and made it easier for us to wait. The dish was very good. The cheese platter was small for two and the waiters didn't know what they were serving for a 90 euro menu, that bothers me a little. To conclude, the meal was very good but really average service for the price of the menu.

New Year's Eve setting and friendly atmosphere on the other hand very very average meal lobster and prime rib served together is a mistake.
What can we say about prime rib, meat served cold, meat that looks more like prime rib and especially Swiss meat, whereas the Cholet region is a breeding region where good prime rib is easy to find.
For dessert it was the minimum cut our dessert in half to share it with your partner, something never seen before.
Too bad we are very disappointed with the meal given the price.
