Disappointed by this restaurant. My wife wanted to celebrate my birthday there, and we ordered the €55 menu. No complaints about the menu itself, except for the end where they served the cheese and dessert to share at the same time, along with a candle on a meager chocolate fondant. The manager was awful... completely unresponsive to the customer. A shame. Avoid this place for a birthday celebration.

Superb experience with very friendly staff. As a ribeye steak fan, I was in heaven! I chose my ribeye and then the grill master prepared it right there in front of me!

Everything is perfect at Gueuleton Montlouis: the setting, the welcome, and especially the quality of the food.

Terrible waiter.
Very pleasant but noisy setting.
Excellent duck breast and flank steak.
The side dishes were meager and of poor quality (the potatoes and mushroom pan were very disappointing). We felt attacked by the waiter, who didn't seem to appreciate us declining the €55 set menu.
The waiter was condescending, even going so far as to cut (without being asked) the French toast from my 21-year-old son's plate to show that there was pastry cream inside!
The other three waiters and waitresses were very good; we just had bad luck, but this man disrupted our family meal. I hope you get a good waiter and not a Neanderthal.

Fantastic place! We thoroughly enjoyed an excellent ribeye steak. Our experience was made all the more enjoyable by the wonderful staff who took such good care of us. The butcher is incredibly passionate, and the waiter was exceptionally kind and offered excellent advice.
A special mention for the manager (I think) who was so kind and considerate while I was breastfeeding my baby.
We were delighted with our first outing as new parents. We can't wait to go back!

We came for lunch to celebrate an event and it was absolutely perfect ❤️ The waitstaff were fantastic, helpful, attentive, and always smiling (a rare find these days!). We felt right at home very quickly! As for the food… we were in heaven! Everything was perfect: the cooking, the seasonings, and of course, the ingredients themselves were amazing! In short, an absolutely perfect experience that leaves us wanting only one thing… to come back and feast with all our friends! Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful time ✨

While the dishes were very good and generous, the rest didn't quite live up to expectations. The service was overly rushed, and the suggested wine was unfortunately rather bland and uninteresting.
The unique setting offers a welcome coolness in the heat, but you leave with a distinct smell of smoke.
In short, the food is excellent, but the overall experience will likely lead us to try a different restaurant next time.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The place is absolutely stunning and unique, the food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly kind. It's so rare and wonderful to find such a beautiful place where large dogs are so welcome (thank you for my wolfhound!). A superb experience; we will definitely be back!
