Excellent restaurant. We have adored ! The teams on site are adorable, the dishes are really delicious, I didn't expect so much for a 30€ menu. Well done to the teams.

With a name like that you don't necessarily want to go there. Beyond the name of the place, the menu is interesting. It's a real cook who is in the kitchen and who distributes his art there. The service is top notch It's a place to please the taste buds.

Birthday meal at noon, in a small group. There were six of us and all six were delighted with this meal, except for the presence of a shameless guy who was calling at the top of his voice and on loudspeaker. Our lovely server kindly asked him to stop. Thanks to him. Excellent meal. Very good Gaillac wine. The view... We will come back with pleasure. I've read reviews saying the quality has gone down but since it was our first time I can't comment on that. We found it to be excellent value for money (21 euros for a three-course meal at lunchtime).

We were in albi on a Monday night when many restaurants are closed and the open ones get booked up so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. In North America hotel restaurants are not great but La Vermicellerie was great! The staff was attentive and helpful. Got a menu in English. Food was superb. Salad wasn’t on the menu but noticed the guy next to me eating one so ordered that to start. Something with local ham and a 25-minute baked egg. OMG. So good. All the food was great.

The setting and the service are perfect, unfortunately we found that our dishes lacked a little flavor.
