Great burger and paninis. I love the chicken paninis with this Arabic sauce. Lovely service from the staff of the stall and fast delivery of food. However one thing to improve is the fries. It was a bit overcooked.

27/07/2026: 5 stars for unbeatable value with the €19.90 set menu (see photos). The gentleman who served me was very helpful and pleasant! A calm atmosphere on a Monday evening in July, at the foot of the cathedral.
27/07/2026: Hello and a big thank you for this very pleasant experience. We dined at Le Parvis in Albi this evening and had a truly excellent meal, contrary to the various negative reviews on this post. We will definitely return if we ever come back to this lovely city. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for reading.
