We had a lovely romantic getaway in this typical Gers setting. The regional cuisine was beautifully prepared with care: homemade duck confit and local desserts flavored with Armagnac. The service was excellent: smiles, sharing stories about the history of the place and the specialties... and even a little something extra for my birthday. We highly recommend it!

Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews to this extent. I received a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the ingredients were top quality. I will definitely go back!

11/03/2026: We are residents of the area and therefore did not stay at the hotel. This review concerns only the restaurant, which we had for dinner as a couple and which was rightly recommended to us. Ideally located in the historic center of Eauze, the establishment is a charming period house with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome is warm, and the staff is kind and attentive. They serve authentic and delicious cuisine, as flavorful as it is generous, served with a smile. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!

27/02/2026: What an excellent find this restaurant! The food is exquisite, the wine is delectable and the service delightful. Ask the owner about the history of the place and its role in WW2. Don’t miss this !
