A superb restaurant in a unique setting, with delicious cuisine and fresh ingredients: a truly delightful experience. Thank you to the chef, Mr. [Name omitted]. Thank you to the waitress, Ms. [Name omitted], who provides excellent service and takes the time to chat with guests, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on individual preferences. I started with a Burgundy snail appetizer, followed by the pike-perch fillet, which I was trying for the first time, served with a red butter sauce – a real treat. The cheese platter was fantastic, with a selection to suit all tastes. A small glass of Crémant as an aperitif and a Bourgogne Aligoté to accompany the superb dishes. To finish on a high note, profiteroles with the flavors of my aunt's, who is an expert in the field. I highly recommend it. Be sure to book in advance as it's very popular: and understandably so.

Thank you, thank you so much… From appetizer to dessert, it was a delight. The homemade duck breast was wonderful. Everything was delicious. I rediscovered the pleasure of my grandmother's cooking; everything was top quality. In a time when everyone is watching their spending, it's wonderful to see that this kind of place still exists. Here, you find a love for the ingredients and for doing things well, without unnecessary frills. The service was very pleasant. And that cheese platter! 😍 I could talk about every detail, but I encourage everyone to treat themselves. I can't wait to go back. … My partner also told me to mention her profiteroles, which were divine. So now I have, and I have.
