We ate at the restaurant on a Sunday evening. What a great find! Homemade, delicious dishes – we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We'll be back :)

Excellent cuisine, everything was superb, from the homemade foie gras and Charolais beef to the fish of the day, vegetables, and desserts (chocolate or apple fondant). Kudos to the chef and thank you to the owner for sharing some explanations about the recipes.

What can I say? Excellent from start to finish! An exceptional and very generous meal, a perfect welcome, the owner took the time to chat and give excellent advice on activities and sightseeing. A fantastic showcase for Burgundy, I highly recommend it.

Passing through Saulieu, we ended our stay with a visit to the old inn. We had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed some very well-prepared specialties. The staff was very friendly. I should mention that I have a gluten intolerance, and they have many suitable desserts. When making a reservation, don't hesitate to mention this so they can adapt the sauces, etc. We were all able to enjoy a delicious meal!

09/06/2026: "A fantastic find! This café successfully combines the charm and vibrancy of a Parisian brasserie with the conviviality and warm welcome of Burgundy. The service is quick, the staff are remarkably kind, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Special mention for the coffee and the terrace. A perfect stop before heading out to explore the Morvan. I recommend it 100%!"

15/05/2026: A very pleasant stay. A special mention for the spa therapists, who were very professional, friendly, and discreet. The rooms lived up to the high standard.
05/05/2026: Worth doing at least once, but be sure to ask for explanations about everything. Prices included, prices not included. The spa is magnificent, however, there was a major glitch with the VIP reception, which is a real shame!
