I'm writing this review while I'm enjoying my meal. It starts with a very warm welcome. Aperitif: the "Cocktail of 7": a delicate blend with a surprising balance of flavors (I won't say more, discover it for yourself). Starter: the melon: while the pairing of melon with ham is common, the combination with the bitterness of arugula is more surprising. But what a stroke of genius to have added the sweetness of peach slices to divinely unite these three flavors! Main Course: 100% Burgundy: two slices of parsley ham, a delicate salad, a gougère, 6 snails, and 3 potatoes with Époisses cheese. We were initially delighted by the presentation and then very quickly captivated by the blend of flavors. I started with the parsley ham: perfect. Then the snails: very mild and delicate. The gougère: crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft inside. The potatoes with Époisses cheese: baked with just the right amount of cheese on top, a perfect balance. The salad: mild with a tangy wholegrain mustard dressing to complete the dish. Dessert: crispy... (No spoilers, I'll let you discover the rest!) The perfect ending to this excellent meal! Kudos to the waitresses for their smiles and professionalism. Bravo to the kitchen team and thank you for this delightful culinary experience! When I return to Saulieu, I'll know where to dine!

If you're visiting the Morvan region, don't hesitate for a second. The welcome, the food, and the atmosphere were simply impeccable. The thinly sliced ​​beef was just incredible. I order and recommend it without hesitation.

I heard about this restaurant from friends and it made me want to go. I took my wife and we had a wonderful dinner. The staff is very friendly and explains the menu and daily specials clearly. The dishes are delicious and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere in the dining room is warm and inviting. Everything was perfect and we will definitely go back.
