"A fantastic find! This café successfully combines the charm and vibrancy of a Parisian brasserie with the conviviality and warm welcome of Burgundy. The service is quick, the staff are remarkably kind, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Special mention for the coffee and the terrace. A perfect stop before heading out to explore the Morvan. I recommend it 100%!"

A delightful surprise: a welcoming restaurant in Saulieu open in the evenings, whose sole aim is to provide excellent service. The dining room retains its charming, retro feel. The service is discreet and delightful. The menu focuses on regional flavors. A tip: Try the eggs with Époisses sauce, and finish with a gingerbread ice cream... Enjoy your discovery!

A discovery in Saulieu on the evening of April 24th that was well worth the detour: a top-notch welcome, a generous charcuterie and cheese board, all in a bistro atmosphere – the perfect recipe for a great evening. Thank you!

Tonight we ate at Café Parisien, a place worth stopping at. The food is excellent, the service is fast, and the owners are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit, especially for a first time – a very, very good impression.

15/05/2026: A very pleasant stay. A special mention for the spa therapists, who were very professional, friendly, and discreet. The rooms lived up to the high standard.
05/05/2026: Worth doing at least once, but be sure to ask for explanations about everything. Prices included, prices not included. The spa is magnificent, however, there was a major glitch with the VIP reception, which is a real shame!
