Some staff members were welcoming, others less so. The wait to have our orders taken was long (a good twenty minutes). The quality of the food was average, as was the quantity (four small pieces of meat). However, the interior decor is very original.

Every time I come to Lille, it's impossible not to come and taste the traditional dishes and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

Very charming atmosphere and delicious food. The Pouille Mariolles was amazing - chicken buried in a creamy, cheese sauce. The cheese croquettes had a crispy golden crumb coating and oozing cheese that poured out the second you cut. The dessert - wow. The vanilla ice cream has notes of the fresh vanilla pod and was one of the best I have ever had. The crepes were crispy and golden, paired perfectly with the ice cream. Would eat here again.

Great restaurant serving typical northern French cuisine. Busy. Nice complimentary coffee and wafers to finish. Sat outside, lovely introduction to the City.

21/07/2026: Besides the very good food and the very nice place, the welcome and service are fantastic!
12/07/2026: Small bar/brasserie, well located given the heat. The ribeye steak (the cut of the day was very good) and the ribs were very tender and not dry at all... Go without hesitation! Thanks to the very friendly waitress!
