A bit late in leaving this review (visited in June), but it was out of the question not to, given how excellent the experience was. We had the opportunity to discover this restaurant as a group, and everything was perfect: a truly worthy establishment, with exceptionally high-quality, fresh, and expertly prepared ingredients. Personally, I enjoyed an absolutely succulent Parmesan tartare, perfectly balanced—one of the best I've ever had. My colleagues opted for generous, hearty summer salads, including a genuine burrata, which is becoming rare enough to warrant mentioning. A real treat during the beautiful summer months. Special mention also goes to the way they welcome groups, which isn't always the case in Sélestat and deserves to be highlighted. We will definitely be back. Well done to the whole team! 👏

A magnificent restaurant with a wonderful daily specials board, a beautiful setting, and an exceptional wine list. The waitstaff is very attentive and helpful with recommendations. Be sure to book in advance as the restaurant is very popular.
