First experience at L’Ambroisie.
A very warm welcome, the owner and waitress were very pleasant.
The meal was of very high quality with fresh ingredients.
Perfect value for money. I would have given it 6 stars.
As residents of Vonnas, we have had the opportunity to try the former Auberge and the Château d’Epeyssoles, and your restaurant deserves as many stars as these establishments.
I highly recommend it!

Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful evening last Saturday.
Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The cleanliness of the premises and restrooms alone set a great start. A waitress who served bread with a spoon—you'd think she'd gone to culinary school. Original dishes, presented with care, that delighted the eyes before they even reached our taste buds. Very nice wines. It's been a long time since we've had such a great time at a restaurant.
Justine and Léna were very professional. With this delicious cuisine, Chef Sébastien, not forgetting Noah the apprentice, we'll definitely be back.

Years after our first visit, this restaurant remains a delight.
The dishes served are still as delicious and refined, though surprisingly varied.
