I went twice in a short period, so I was able to try both the galettes and the burger, which are both delicious. The service was quick (and extra quick upon request). The staff were friendly and efficient!

Excellent spot in Tours for a delicious afternoon treat! We ordered two crêpes, a Viennese hot chocolate, and a Viennese coffee. The two crêpes were delicious, and the drinks were very generous. What more could you ask for? The price is reasonable for Tours. The only downside is that the terrace (veranda), although covered, is a bit chilly even at the end of winter.

Chic and pleasant setting. Quick service. HOWEVER: the galette was a little overcooked; although tasty, it was overcooked! But the butter and sugar crêpe… elastic, with a sweet butter that you couldn't even taste, it was almost like oil. No sugar at all. I don't recommend their crêpes. My apologies to the servers, who are excellent and know they're serving up a real mess.

The Pale

19/01/2026: I came for the La Rochelle match, but ended up staying for the Africa Cup of Nations because the atmosphere was so fantastic. It's truly an authentic Irish experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the pub is open on Sundays: a real haven for rugby fans and the English-speaking community. Highly recommended!
18/12/2025: A little pricey for my taste, but the atmosphere is always very friendly. Thanks to the waitress, always excellent!
