L'arpege sur Tarbes

Visiting for lunch on September 12, we were a table of 6 and took the menu of the day. Everything was perfect, no false notes. The welcome is warm, the dishes are elaborate and fine and there are always two choices from starter to dessert, so everyone will find what they are looking for. A special mention when you are a wine lover, the cellar is fabulous and we made some great discoveries, thanks to Timothée who will advise you admirably in your choices for food and wine pairings. The setting is charming and we will come back with pleasure.

Whether it’s the setting, the comfort, the choice of tableware, the staff and of course the meal…it’s a big “yes”!!! All our senses were delighted! Research, talent, sympathy and humility...nothing to add except: PERFECT!

Coming to eat at Arpege means accepting to discover new landmarks, it means coming with an open mind to new culinary experiences. It is a sophisticated cuisine, in which there is a lot of work upstream to combine the tastes and flavors of regional products and Asian influences. All in a perfect balance that awakens the senses. You've never eaten these dishes and will probably never find these associations anywhere else. It's a discovery of flavors and one covered in you. It is a passionate and well-mastered artistic work. The setting combines modernity and classicism, very professional and attentive staff, with fast service. Congratulations! I highly recommend.

We had a great meal! The price of the menu at midday it’s totally worth it ! The fish was very nice as well as the stater… good ambiance and service

a restaurant experience is three things. The most important thing is the service, then the atmosphere and finally the food. the atmosphere was good, the food way too complicated, too many ingredients that didn't work together, however the dessert was excellent. the service was not good, no welcome or smile, we felt unwanted, it ruined what should have been a great experience. Being friendly costs nothing!

Merci. Nous avons passé aujourd’hui un moment merveilleux dans cet établissement. Nous avons divinement mangé, ce fut copieux, raffiné. Ma Femme est allergique aux œufs ce qui complique la tâche du Chef, même pas peur pour lui, il a réussi à cuisiner les mêmes plats que moi y compris les ravioles de poulpes. Bravo Messieurs. Le service est soigné et non invasif. La cave à vin est sublime. Une grande table, merci
