The delicate Asian influences provide a constantly renewed delight. Thimothé's service is impeccable, elevating the dishes with remarkably precise and original wine pairings. A must-visit in Tarbes and the surrounding area.

A very good restaurant, offering excellent value for money if you don't order wine. The wine cellar is very nice, but while some wines remain affordable, though often a cut above what you'd find in a typical restaurant, the wine selection—all of which are undoubtedly very good—requires a certain level of investment that the average French person generally doesn't want. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere refined, and the staff competent and unassuming (neither arrogant nor pretentious, as one sometimes finds in other restaurants that aspire to be high-quality—and I emphasize "aspire to be"). L'Arpège richly deserves its reputation and its Michelin stars. It's a superior restaurant in terms of quality to its competitor in the center of Tarbes, which I recently reviewed. A must-visit for lovers of refined cuisine and quality service. I should add that the portions are generous. The petit fours before and after the meal enhance the convivial atmosphere. Bravo to the Japanese chef and the entire team at L'Arpège.
