Perfect. A very good culinary experience.

On Thursday, July 23rd (not August 23rd 🙈 sorry), a reservation was scheduled for 1 p.m.... and a last-minute change of plans later.... A truly magical moment!! Despite being late for our scheduled arrival time, the establishment managed to ease the stressful situation (being late is never pleasant)... and it was hot! Pure bliss... to be in such an exceptional place. Everything was perfect! Not a single flaw. The welcome was elegant, the atmosphere imbued with a hushed tranquility (just the right amount)... When it came time to get down to business, it was a veritable explosion of culinary delights, both visual and gustatory – a special mention to the chef, BRAVO!!! ...the coherence between the decor, the quality of the dishes on a concise menu (there are no secrets...) where everything is made on-site..., and the wine list is simply "beautiful." Absolutely recommended. The owner is very friendly... In short, you can't help but love it!! You bring together refinement, simplicity, kindness, and culinary delight. L'Arpège has taken us on a journey through a succession of notes, both gastronomic and musical. A symphony... worthy of the greatest composers of the genre. Keep up the good work, you're at the top!!! Have a wonderful season everyone.

Peaceful setting, excellent meal, impeccable service.

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Even the bread is homemade and absolutely delicious. The decor and tableware are magnificent, the service impeccable and exceptionally kind, with excellent wine recommendations.

Omg what an amazing dinner experience we had.we celebrated our parents 60th wedding anniversary there.The food was to die for.Tim was amazing and explained every course to us and nothing was to much trouble.The other staff members were just beautiful and the chef you are amazing.We will take this dining experience back to Australia many many thanks to the whole team.

The waiter orchestrated a flawless meal; the cuisine was refined and flavorful, a subtle blend of Japanese and French influences that came together beautifully. The warm welcome, the smile, and the helpful suggestions were a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The wine list, digestifs, and aperitifs were excellent, and the cocktail of the day was superb. The tableware was exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant, which for me is the number one in Tarbes. Bravo to the chefs and the waiter! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The food was incredibly delicious and full of flavor. Special mention goes to the waiter, who was very professional, attentive, and efficient, providing truly impeccable service. A wonderful discovery, authentic just the way we like it. We will definitely be back!

A must-try restaurant; I go there every time I'm in Tarbes. Excellent value for money, the dishes are all superb, expertly prepared, using local produce with an Asian touch. The waiter is fantastic, attentive, and strikes a rare balance between friendliness and professionalism.
