Super sympa et très bon accueil …. Petit soucis , le retour de la fumée du brasero avec le vent . Mais une très bonne table à connaître sur le bord de la Charente

Piatti molto piacevoli con profumi di terre lontane: una cucina non classica, suggestiva. Il dehors quasi a bordo fiume è una valida soluzione per queste serate estive. E applausi per il personale che ci ha servito, sempre attento, veloce e sorridente nonostante il caldo davvero difficile da sopportare.

On the banks of the Charente, close to the Château de Cognac and visits to the cellars, the public garden and the center. Free parking nearby. A somewhat cozy and pleasant place, tasty cuisine

Beautiful traditional cuisine with original touches: careful location and service. I had a duck breast with sweet potato puree and portions of seared nectarines: good match! I recommend.

Lunch on the terrace on a Thursday with friends: welcome by a charming young man (professional with humor), quality dishes (refined, original, tasty and well presented), service a little slow but we had time ;) A great experience, highly recommended

Very good experience, a little wait for the dishes but it's reasonable. Service by two very professional and pleasant young men. The young girl a little less smiling, it's a shame. Hearty, tasty dishes. Ripened entrecôte with a really great truffle sauce.

We arrived with 40 people for a business seminar and in addition to being comfortably seated outdoors, we were served with efficiency and professionalism. A very good time with attentive and smiling staff (despite the 30° in the shade)

17/09/2024: We are on a business trip in the region. Very well eaten. Fast, quality service. Welcoming, smiling and professional staff. Thanks to the kitchen staff 👍
24/08/2024: Etablissement de grande qualité tout est fait maison et ça se sent. Les plats sont très bons. La patronne a du caractère. Le service est rapide. La rue était piétonnisée donc le cadre était sympathique. Le concert de rock nous a plut (concerts que certains jours en été si j'ai bien compris) Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car j'ai été un peu déçu par la quantité de crevettes dans mon entrée et c'est peut être un tout petit peu cher pour ce type d'établissement. Mais encore une fois plats délicieux originaux et soignés, c'est un plaisir. Mais je recommande fortement cet établissement qui donne goût à la bonne cuisine et à l'art de la table.

04/06/2024: We privatized the entire hotel for our wedding with my wife. Everything was perfect, whether in terms of the services offered around the rental such as the starry sky to magnify the room, in terms of the welcome and exchanges with Alexandra who took care of us. The staff we encountered were always smiling and polite. Paul also who took care of us for the outing was super nice. The place is magical, it is a real green setting on the banks of the Charente in the center of Cognac full of charm. Our guests were all delighted with the setting and the rooms which they found comfortable and atypical for trailers. For your wedding, look no further, this is the ideal reception venue! We felt at home. Thank you again for your welcome!
25/05/2024: We went there 3 times before organizing our wedding there. Really on top The location is great: You are in the center of Cognac and yet you have the impression of being in the countryside. It's quiet and you have restaurants right next door. The bedding is very good quality, the welcome is professional and warm. They bend over backwards for you: our coffee machine in the room was broken, it was replaced in 20 minutes!!! We had a great time there, as did our guests. Sincere congratulations to the team and the boss, who is very friendly.
