A fantastic hotel in the centre of Val D’Isere with unmatched hospitality! I couldn’t recommend it enough, every detail was perfect, from the warm arrival to the check out. Things that stand out particularly are: 1. The spa is fantastic. Don’t miss the rooftop sauna which has views of the town, and the massage was great too. 2. The hotel restaurant is great. I don’t usually eat at hotel restaurants as I like to explore the area, but this one seemed so popular that we had to try. The raclette is so special, with as much cheese as you want and the best cheese there is! You can also try a raclette with 6 different cheeses, as well as lots of other local dishes. 3. Rooms are spacious and modern. 4. The reception staff was so kind at every possible moment. Special thanks to Ilan - We had a transport problem in the morning and he went above and beyond to help us find a solution. People at reception like him who really go so above and beyond for guests, when he didn’t need to as the problem was our own fault, are rare!

We've been twice and we go back every year and are never disappointed. Raclette, fondue, lamb shank, and ice cream—everything is excellent. Efficient service and friendly staff. We'll be back. Well done to all the staff.

The restaurant is fantastic. Fondue was absolutely LIFECHANGING! Had the mushroom fondue and the regular one. Never had such good fondue in my life. Wow. amazing. Also had the raclette with the 6 choices which was lovely. They give extra toppings to try but the cheese was great on its own! Came in a cool potato bag which kept them warm. The bags were very cool with their brand and apparently used cherry nuts to stay warm? They were for sale at reception and i sooo wanted one but couldnt justify paying €50 for a potato bag 🥲 maybe if price was down a bit id buy a few! later on my friends played chess in the bar area, the server named Gaelic was very nice! We tried the genepi which was delish! The only negative: ordered their special cocktail of the week which had all my fave ingredients but unfortunately wasnt the best . tasted more like a meat marinade than cocktail 🥲 I recommend go with the classics or wine instead.
