Really very attractive place, nice music as usual. Tapas rather expensive for the quantity offered. The ubi is served fresh. The Saint Germain for the first order was tasteless and especially without bubbles (12€). A little embarrassed, we pointed it out to the waiter, the latter goes to change it for us. Back, the cocktail is stronger in Saint Germain but still no bubbles, and the prosecco... still not found.. The waiter notices it and leaves us like that. The setting is great, the music is nice, the waiters are smiling. After all it is too expensive for what is served.. (in my opinion)

22/02/2026: I'm surprised by the negative reviews I've seen! It's a very good restaurant. We went there to avoid eating at one of the neighboring terrace restaurants, which is full of smokers. We didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, with a calm atmosphere typical of a country inn. The dishes were very good and very reasonably priced, especially considering the salmon and duck in the tourist area. I have food intolerances, and the chef was able to adapt the dishes accordingly. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you for the meal and the warm welcome. One small drawback: it's a little cramped in some places, and the chairs creak a bit, but I suppose that adds to the charm of the place :) Go without hesitation!
22/02/2026: Very friendly welcome and excellent value for money (especially in the city of Carcassonne). Definitely worth trying!
